📦 Free Worldwide Shipping
All orders over €50 (approx. $60 / £42) qualify for free standard shipping worldwide.
For orders under €50, a flat rate of €9.90 (approx. $11 / £8.50) applies.
🚚 Shipping & Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

- 🇪🇺 Europe (EU): 3–7 business days (Shipped from Bulgaria)
- 🇺🇸 USA: 7–14 business days
- 🌍 Rest of the World: 7–14 business days
🌐 Shipping Origin & Customs
We operate from two strategic logistics hubs to better serve you:
- Bulgaria Warehouse: Servicing all European Union (EU) orders. These orders are free from import taxes and customs duties.
- China Warehouse: Servicing international orders (USA, Australia, Asia, etc.). Import taxes or customs fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
💳 Currency & Payment
Our store's primary currency is Euro (€). To make your shopping experience easier, our system automatically converts prices to your local currency (USD, GBP, etc.) based on current exchange rates.
💱 Currency Disclaimer: While you can browse and pay in your local currency, please note that these converted amounts are based on real-time automated rates. The final amount on your bank statement might vary slightly due to your bank's specific conversion fees.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
*Currently, we do not support AMEX or Discover cards.
📦 Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will cover the reshipping cost.
