FAQ

Will the Coach Set arrive before Christmas?

For Christmas delivery, order by 25 November in Europe, or by 10 November for the rest of the world, including the UK. We still take orders after these dates, and delivery time then depends on your local post.

Can I choose the colours?

Yes. Pick the timer colour and the whistle colour above the Add to cart button.

Do I have to point the wind meter into the wind?

No. The Windie 360 has a 360° spin vane, so it reads the wind from any direction. Hold it up, click once and you get a reading, with your other hand free for the boat.

What is the Monopod Holder for?

It comes with an adapter for the Windie 360, so the wind meter sits on a stick instead of in your hand.

Is there a warranty?

The Race Timer and the Wind Meter come with a 2 year warranty. The whistle, the cooling towels and the monopod holder are not covered by the warranty.
