Getting started is easy – here’s how to activate your sailing timer and hit the water.

✅ Turn it ON:
Press MODE and CLEAR at the same time.

⛔ Turn it OFF:
Hold MODE and CLEAR for 3 seconds.

🔁 Switch modes:
Press SYNC + SET together.

🔋 Already installed:
No need to open the back — battery is in!

Q: I have a problem with my timer. What should I do?

A: Send us a short video on WhatsApp and we'll help. You’re covered by a 2-year warranty.

Q: Where can I find the serial number?

A: Remove the timer from its plastic casing. You’ll find the number engraved on the back.

Q: I'm already on my way to the regatta and forgot how to turn it on. What can I do?

A: Take the timer out of the black case and scan the QR code on the back. It’ll take you to the full instructions.

Q: The battery died after 3 years. How do I replace it?

A: Since the timer is water-sealed, we recommend going to a professional watch technician to keep it waterproof.

nice set but I ordered the wrong color. I accidentally ordered the pink instead of the blue. could I exchange the starter watch? it is still new in the packaging. I have not received a response to my email with the exchange request
