📦 Free Worldwide Shipping

All orders over €50 (approx. $60 / £42) qualify for free standard shipping worldwide.
For orders under €50, a flat rate of €9.90 (approx. $11 / £8.50) applies.

🚚 Shipping & Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

• 🇪🇺 Europe (EU): 5–10 business days (Shipped from Bulgaria)
• 🇺🇸 USA: 7–14 business days
• 🌍 Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

🌐 Shipping Origin & Customs

We operate from two strategic logistics hubs to better serve you:

• Bulgaria Warehouse: Servicing all European Union (EU) orders. These orders are free from import taxes and customs duties.
• China Warehouse: Servicing international orders (USA, Australia, Asia, etc.). Import taxes or customs fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Our shipping partners can't deliver to some countries right now, because of sanctions, conflict, customs rules or very limited postal service. Orders to these destinations can't be placed:

• Sanctions, conflict or customs limits: Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Türkiye, Iran, Syria, Cuba, North Korea, Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, Libya, Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia, Palestinian Territories, Myanmar, Venezuela, Central African Republic, DR Congo, Eritrea and Haiti.
• Remote territories: Ascension Island, Tristan da Cunha, St. Helena, Falkland Islands, South Georgia, Pitcairn Islands, French Southern Territories, U.S. Outlying Islands, British Indian Ocean Territory, Christmas Island, Cocos Islands, Norfolk Island, Tokelau, Niue, Wallis and Futuna, Kiribati, Nauru, Tuvalu, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Caribbean Netherlands and Western Sahara.

Our store's primary currency is Euro (€). To make your shopping experience easier, our system automatically converts prices to your local currency (USD, GBP, etc.).

📦 Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will cover the reshipping cost.
