Whether you purchased directly from us or one of our authorized suppliers, you're fully protected. (Check out our authorized stores worldwide. Can't find us at your local shop? Tell them to reach out to us!)

If you encounter an issue, simply email us a photo of your product's serial number along with a picture or short video demonstrating the problem—we'll take care of the rest.

Important Notes:

• Our Handheld Anemometer Pro 360 is water-resistant but not fully waterproof due to its rotating vane design. It's built for harsh marine conditions but unsuitable for underwater use.

• Unlike other devices on the market, our Anemometer has a replaceable head. While accidental damage like drops or breaks isn't covered by warranty, you can easily order a replacement head from our website, and installation is quick and simple.

• Our Sailing Race Stopwatch Timer uses a non-rechargeable battery designed to last for several years. When the time comes, the battery should be replaced by a professional watchmaker who can reseal it properly for water resistance.
