Every Windie product ships with a 2-year international warranty. Bought direct or from an authorized supplier — either way, you're fully protected.

Making a claim is simple
Email us a photo of your product's serial number, plus a picture or short video showing the problem — we'll take care of the rest.

Anemometer Pro 360
Water-resistant but not fully waterproof due to its rotating vane — built for harsh marine conditions, not underwater use. The head is replaceable: order a new one anytime, installation is quick and simple.
Sailing Race Timer
Runs on a long-life, non-rechargeable battery designed to last years. When it's time, have it replaced by a professional watchmaker who can reseal it properly for water resistance.
Laser Distance Meter
Built for outdoor use on the water, but not fully waterproof. Keep it dry — water damage is not covered under warranty.

- ✓Sailing Race Timer & Dive Compass: water-resistant to 5 ATM — water issues covered when there's no sign of misuse or tampering.
- ✓Fast replacement or repair once we've confirmed your serial and the fault.
Limitations & water protection
- ✕Screen cracks or breakage from impact, drops, pressure or strong hits.
- ✕Water damage to the Anemometer Pro 360 and Laser Distance Meter — keep them dry.
- ✕Accidental damage to the Anemometer head (a replacement head is available to order).
- ✕Intentional damage, modification, or improper use — this voids the warranty.
