FAQ

Will the Junior Set arrive before Christmas?

For Christmas delivery, order by 25 November in Europe, or by 10 November for the rest of the world, including the UK. We still take orders after these dates, and delivery time then depends on your local post.

Can I choose the colours?

Yes. Pick the timer colour and the whistle colour above the Add to cart button.

Is the race timer easy for a young sailor to use?

Yes. It has physical buttons and the start sequences are already set: 5-4-1-0, plus 3 and 1 minute starts. If they miss the signal, one press on SYNC puts the timer back on the round minute. The step by step guide, with videos, is at windie.pro/pages/how-to-use-windie-sailing-race-timer

Is the race timer waterproof?

Yes. The Windie Sailing Race Timer is waterproof up to 50 meters, so rain, spray and a capsize are all fine.

Is there a warranty?

The Race Timer comes with a 2 year warranty. The strap set and the whistle are not covered by the warranty.
